Nothing to hand? Load — a well-prepared compensation conversation whose correct verdict is ready — , a peer conflict written in exactly the language that backfires (absolutes, a character label, assumed intent, hearsay, plenty of heat), or , where two direct conversations have already failed and the honest answer is to stop having them and escalate instead.
Describe it — the prescan is free
No upload, no AI: the prescan reads your description in the browser and lists what it mechanically found. First the specifics — the dates, counts and quoted lines a plan can anchor on — then the flags: absolutes ("always", "never"), character labels ("lazy", "unprofessional"), assumed intent ("on purpose", "doesn't care"), hot emotional language, second-hand claims, possible escalation triggers, a missing goal, a description with nothing concrete in it. Each group explains why it matters in the room. This part costs nothing and happens while you type.
The coach plans it — this is the metered part
A management coach's pass built on the preparation–delivery–followup method: a readiness verdict (ready, prepare-first, or escalate-instead), a situation read that separates observable facts from assumptions and states the other side's most plausible perspective, your desired/minimum/tradeable goals, a verbatim opening, SBI-grounded talking points with the exact first-person line for each, the reactions to expect and the phrase to answer each with, and the phrases to keep out of the room. Every prescan flag is addressed or explicitly set aside, and every say line is grounded in the facts you supplied — nothing invented. Pricing is honest: a worst-case amount is reserved before the run and only what the run actually uses is charged — the meter next to the button shows both.
Rehearse, export, follow up
The cheat sheet is a one-pager to carry into the room: the opening, the say lines, the do-not-say list, your floor. The prep checklist is tickable Markdown; the whole plan exports as Markdown or JSON; the follow-up check-in downloads as a real calendar .ics event, because the follow-up is the step everyone skips. Rewrite the description as you cool down and the prescan strip above the run button counts which language flags you have cleared — in the browser, for free, before you pay for a second plan. Plans are saved to your SkillSafe account when you are signed in, so they follow you to another device.
